Yes, 0999bet provides several tools directly in your account settings to help you manage your budget and time.
Deposit Limit: Set your own maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. For example, setting a monthly limit of ৳2,000 means no further deposits can be made for the rest of that month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Session Timer: Set a maximum session time to control how long you play in one sitting. Once the limit is reached, the platform will automatically log you out.
Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, logging into your account won't be possible, but you'll still be able to withdraw your balance.
Self-Exclusion: You can permanently close your account for 6 months or longer. The closure takes effect immediately upon request.
To use these tools, log in → go to Settings → Responsible Gaming. For more details, Responsible Gaming Visit the page.
To complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at 0999bet, you'll need to provide two main types of documents.
Proof of Identity (any one of the following):
- National ID Card (NID) – front and back photo
- Passport – photo of the information page
- Birth Registration Certificate (if you don't have an NID)
Proof of Address (if required): For large withdrawal amounts, a utility bill or bank statement may be requested.
Photo Requirements: Take the photo in good lighting, ensure all text is clearly visible — blurry or cropped images will not be accepted.
Time: Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting your documents — in many cases, it's done within just a few hours. You'll be notified via SMS or an account notification once verified.
Small withdrawals are possible without KYC, but larger amounts and VIP benefits require KYC verification. The sooner you complete it, the better.
